This is a long-term strategic container for business owners who need space to think, decide and adjust, without carrying the entire year on their shoulders.
We work together in 90-minute private sessions, once per quarter, to:
review what’s actually happening in the business
reassess priorities based on context, capacity and goals
make clear strategic decisions for the next phase
adjust direction without pressure or overplanning

Business Structure Design
This work focuses on the operational side of the business: that part that usually lives scattered across tools, documents and people’s heads.
Together, we work on:
organising and centralising information
designing clear operational processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
structuring workflows that support effective delegation
creating operational clarity across the business
The goal is simple: to reduce team dependency, friction and rework — and make your business easier to run.
This work is practical, structured and tailored to how your business actually operates.
3. Private 1:1 Support
Operational & Leadership Support (1:1)
This is ongoing private work for business owners who need support at the intersection of:
productivity and time management
delegation and team coordination
decision-making and execution
We work in real time, on real situations, bringing organisation and structure to how you plan, prioritise and lead, without rigid systems or pressure.
This is especially valuable when the business is growing, changing or becoming more complex.
This work is intentionally selective.
It requires presence, responsibility and commitment to structural change.
It’s operational and strategic work, applied to real businesses.
