I'm Constança Marques
My work sits where business structure, operations and decision-making meet.
For more than 30 years, I worked inside complex, regulated and multinational environments, leading operational teams, processes and systems where things simply had to work.
Clarity wasn’t a nice-to-have. Consistency and execution weren’t optional.
I spent years designing and implementing operational processes and standard operating procedures at a global scale — supporting hundreds of organisations, across more than 120 countries, cultures and levels of complexity.
That experience still shapes how I work today.
